Today, I was driving down the street and saw a “going out of business” auction sign. I just had to do a u-turn and see what all the fuss was about. You may see many more of this type of business auctions going on this year and next year as things slow down.
Now, I know how unfortunate it is for business owners to fall victim to this hard economy and unless you make SUV gas guzzling oversize family tanks in Detroit, they may not get a government bailout 
But you can help them out by attending the auctions and help your self as well! Check the local papers for announcements and plan on attending one or two, you may be shocked by what you can acquire!
