Okay guys, today I am all pooh-pooh faced and a little bit pissed off! The reason why is because today’s show, which is the number one show in the world, well second only to Oprah Winfrey, LMAO The Agents of Revenue weekly broadcast had to be rescheduled due to technical difficulties.

After all the fiasco of trying to get the show to run for about a half hour we ended up having to simply reschedule it. If you are a follower of Agents of Revenue show or Wednesday114.com please join us next week and we will be up and running for a very special Tuesday show.

To hopefully make up for this, I have one hell of a consolation prize :-) .  I want to drop on you one of the best interviews I have done ever. This is with a very special large power seller, and you will see what I mean by special very shortly. It is a personal conversation with Ron from Image Warehouse who is a large power seller on eBay.

Ron and his company have 3 eBay ID’s all selling very large volume, so he is doing big things before, and now after the changes. He sits down and talks to us about things are going, both inside and outside of  his business and how he got to the top of the eBay after making MAJOR changes on the platform.

So this one is definitely one you want to listen to! It is so powerful I’ve had to break it up into two parts. Let’s get on with part one and I hope you enjoy it.

Remember to catch me on the Agents of Revenue for a very special show next Tuesday at 1:14 pm est. for the Christmas special!!!

Check back in for Part 2, I do address the challenges to small-mid size sellers with him. THANK YOU for your support and I am a fan of you too!

I am sorry you feel that way. I had hoped listening would add some value even IF you do not agree with his view.

    John-

I'm a big fan of yours and I liked the interview. But Ebay had and maybe still is gunning for the smaller sellers. I was Silver when the changes occurred and was growing quickly. I've been a seller on Ebay for 8 years. My sales plummeted after May. In the last few months I've been a little more confident as my sales have picked up quite a bit. I think I can hit Silver again. But I'm afraid to buy too much inventory at one time because I can't trust Ebay.

I sell mostly used jeans and other trendy clothes. But the point is I worry if I even have a future with Ebay. Right now I'm okay. But for the type of item I sell, there really is no other venue where I can make the amount of money I need to supplement my family's income like I used to. Hopefully, that will change.

Anyway, love your positive attitude and I check in everyday in case you have something new.

    Thanks, Lisa

This guy is a mega power seller???

I can’t believe some of the garbage he talks about, example; why even buy an item that will take weeks to arrive from China? Or was the delivery guide not shown in the Listing that he says he reads so much?

By his own admission he says he sold items with dubious listings in the past WOW … So I guess those items are not sold by him now or has he massaged the listing details.

The massive problem on eBay is the dumb buyers who can’t read and want everything for nothing.

Plus the comments on free shipping are way off…it is EBAY who are forcing sellers into the free shipping policy as it raises the FVP fees

Would you like to interview me; I will tell you the real deal on eBay …I have 8 seller accounts all running 7 days a week year in year out

I have just wasted 22 minutes listening to.. well nothing

Yes we all agree it is good for ebay to get rid of bad sellers.

    But

As your guest said, you can not please 100% of the people 100% of the time. And the small percentage of buyers who decide they are displeased by a seller can destroy an established ebay seller's business, income and maybe more. This can easily happen not because the seller is not a "better seller". It happens because buyers have an inordinate amount of power over sellers - and they are abusing it.

I won't and can't agree that the poorly designed, poorly communicated and poorly implemented Feedback changes and DSR suspensions has been anything but deadly for good, long time, honest sellers, the sellers who built ebay.

Ebay's casual acceptance and continuance of the suspension of "dolphins" accidentally caught in ebay's bad seller nets is despicable.

Whitman should have been thrown off for her 4.1 DSR. Norrington should have been thrown off for her non-pay deadbeat purchase. Griff should have been thrown off for writing a bad check on one of his purchases. Buy should be thrown off for over 600 neg/neutrals in the latest 30 day period. (Source toolhaus.org)

Yes we all agree it is good for ebay to get rid of bad sellers. Don't we?
