People would not "pay to eBay". Hell, we sellers pay to eBay and that is getting OLD already, LMAO. No, he wants buyers to find bargains like they do at Costco, but my point is that Costco operates on more than just bargains. They have: 1. Volume 2. Small Selection 3. Buyer loyalty 4.
