ICE Tips: BB Code Plug In for Chat Forums Give Your Post Some Personality

Do you still like to visit and chat on the chat boards? I do, I love to participate in several of them. While all the bells and whistles of Web 2.0 do not really translate well to Forums due to the limitations of BB Code (see below), you can still get some cool things expressed using simple markup tags.

Bulletin Board Code or BBCode is a lightweight markup language used to format posts in many message boards. The available tags are usually indicated by square brackets surrounding a keyword, and they are parsed by the message board system before being translated into a markup language that web browsers understand—usually HTML or XHTML.
