ShipRush v7 introduces the new My.ShipRush web portal. ShipRush can automatically upload shipping history to the web, allowing shipments to be searched from any internet-connected computer. My.ShipRush also allows sharing, so shipping history can be accessed by multiple users–for example customer service reps. My.ShipRush is a free-of-charge feature in v7.

We tried ShipRush as an answer to the poor integration for Fedex from PayPal for our growing online business, unfortunately installation is time consuming for each computer was too much IMO, and worse once installed it required our Virus protection to be turned off. Customers service although polite was also lacking.
Fedex needs to integrate like UPS and USPS and join the 21st century instead of relying on buggy/poor software such as ShipRush.
Maybe a lesson can be had from Google Apps/Docs as this software has made our business run so much more smoothly.
