This one really got me buzzing. I am a "Crackberry" addict and I have not been able to shake the addiction NOR am I trying. I guess the guys at WordPress knows that and made this just for me

WordPress for BlackBerry Public Beta is here and I cannot wait to get this on my Curve. Keep in mind that this version is right now in Beta post so it will have bugs and you need to be prepared for that if you use it.  This  is an Open Source project. Source available at http://blackberry.svn.wordpress.org/

Yeah yeah… I’m displaying my inner geek (which by the way, is well protected in the body of an offensive lineman).  People have asked me many times which platform to use and I always suggest Wordpress over the others, simply because they are push blogging to new levels constantly.

Even though it still in public beta mode right now and the smart minds (geeks) are still in development, I have to say this news is WAY COOL!

Sometimes in life you make connections that you can just tell are good to have. Good people and good friends. Thanks to our mutual friend Jeff (JB from 2theNextLevel.com), I was introduced to Brent Leary. Brent is a social CRM expert. Up until I met him I never even heard term CRM before. Well I had heard it, but never really know what it meant. Now Brent Leary did not coin the term but he definitely has cornered the importance of it. When it comes to customer relationship management Brent is the “go to guy”. And lucky for me, that means that I get to “go to him often” to ask questions and get answers.

Recently RIM which stands for Research in Motion, you know those guys, the ones that make the Blackberry? Well they engaged Brent to go nationwide for the launch of the new Blackberry Bold phone. He had an opportunity to speak to hundreds of people across the nation about communication via the new smart phones.

Listen in for what is probably the most insightful and educational conversation with my friend Brent on the enhancements and new technology coming forward with smart phones. If you are not already thinking about how really market to the cell phone crowd, you may already be falling way behind!
