You folks are HOT! Thanks for continuing to support the efforts here at ColderICE.com by voting. We did not even make it at all last year when I did it for my 3rd Power Outlet business. But this year they added a social media category! Now I don’t know about other folks, but ColderICE knows NOTHING if I do not know social media.
So we will see it the folks at Startup Nation "get it" this year. The status meter is right now ON FIRE! Lets keep voting and see if we can break the damn thing, LMAO.
Today’s challenging business climate calls for innovative problem solving. Have you solved a business challenge? Tell us about it for a chance at a $10,000 grand prize and a year-long publicity campaign for your business!
Don’t worry, I can NOT enter the contest, so I will not be asking you to vote for me on my Twitter posts, LOL. This is YOUR chance to be a big winner for your small business. I am one of the Judges so I will not be able to win this one
How does the contest work?
Simply submit a short description (see recent entries) of a challenge your business has faced and how the issue was solved. It’s that simple. An expert panel of judges will narrow down the field to 50 finalists. Then winners across 10 categories will be determined by popular vote in December.
Who can enter?
If your business is located in the U.S. or Canada and enter by December 3, you are eligible to win. You can enter as many times as you’d like. Just make sure each entry describes a different challenge/solution.
What are the prizes?
One business will win the grand prize of $10,000 and nine other category winners will win $2,000 each. All winning businesses will be featured in a national, year-long publicity campaign related to the contest on Business.com and partner sites.
Thanks to all of you that continue to support me in the Home Based 100 contest. You guys rock so HARD, and please keep it up. We actually made the meter on the page go up to the ON FIRE position by you guys voting 1x per day!
And now the voice off eBay sellers on the Startup Nation website, Kevin Harmon, from the ever growing online DVD store, Inflatable Madness, picked up the story and made a post on our endeavors in this contest. And the post even made it to the front page (for a while)! Thanks bunches to all and special shout out to Kevin for posting that!!!
