As a small business owner, many of us use Microsoft Office to help with the productivity of our small-medium businesses. Microsoft has for years documented and communicated tips, hints and tricks. But the most recent additions to the support aspect of the company has included many webinars, webcasts, video hints and even podcasts!
While Microsoft is big in product development and launch, I feel there is a lack of resources used to market the support side of things. Sure a search for a help tip in the Office suite will product an answer when asked the proper question. What about when you do not even know the question to ask? Do you still like to visit and chat on the chat boards? I do, I love to participate in several of them. While all the bells and whistles of Web 2.0 do not really translate well to Forums due to the limitations of BB Code (see below), you can still get some cool things expressed using simple markup tags.

Bulletin Board Code or BBCode is a lightweight markup language used to format posts in many message boards. The available tags are usually indicated by square brackets surrounding a keyword, and they are parsed by the message board system before being translated into a markup language that web browsers understand—usually HTML or XHTML.
I got one real big pet peeve, you know what that is? I hate when people type in all caps. Nothing disturbs me more than that, especially on MY blog posts!
